TRNC GOVERNMENT SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATIONS FOR THIRD-COUNTRY NATIONAL STUDENTS

 

The Ministry of National Education of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) announces that the Government Scholarship for third-country nationals (students who are not citizens of TRNC or the Republic of Turkey) will be open for applications from 22 September to 7 October 2025.

WHO CAN APPLY?

Students applying for the scholarship for the first time must meet the following requirements:

 

Be enrolled in or have applied to a TRNC university,

 

Not be a citizen of the Republic of Turkey or TRNC,

 

Have no criminal record at the time of application,

 

Not have paused or suspended their education,

 

Not be receiving a scholarship from another country (exceptions are stated in the guidelines),

 

Submit all required documents completely and accurately.

 

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR APPLICATION

 

Valid passport copy

 

Student certificate or university acceptance letter

 

Transcript (if available)

 

Criminal record certificate (proof of no criminal conviction)

 

Scholarship application form

 

Student declaration form
